I am happy to have had the opportunity to DJ Rosie’s quinceañera at the BelaRosa Banquet Hall in Orlando, Florida. Also, known as a sweet 15, a quinceañera is an important event that marks the time of a girl turning into a woman. This event was a lot of fun for me because almost all the music I played was Spanish so it was different from what I usually do and I got to play some songs I’ve never played before.
Plus, I got to perform at a new venue that’s near where I live. The venue looked really nice inside too. Just check out the entrance view from outside, shown in the photo below. Continue reading→
We were lucky enough to provide entertainment for Katerina’s sweet 16 on December 3, 2022. Her birthday party was held at The Pavilion at Avalon Park. Jeremy, AKA DJ Remy K, was the DJ, lighting technician, photographer, and videographer. Not bad eh?
The room was filled with color from our wireless LED uplights. We primarily kept the room pink, but with the Soundswitch Control One hardware, Jeremy was able to change the color of the uplights on the fly.

Meet Katerina!
Meet her parents, shown in the photo below. Her Mom, Cindy, is my late good friend’s sister. I’ve known her for years because she teaches dance and I used to film her dance events a few times a year.

I managed to capture some other great shots of them dancing while I was DJing.
Toward the end of the night, I facilitated the group photo below. Then I put a hype song on and got them to wave their light sticks in the air, creating the shot seen in the video at the top of this post. Otherwise, this shot and the shot with the light sticks would have never happened. I don’t even know how I could’ve made a video without it. But I’m glad it worked out great!

Mariah & Zair were married on August 5, 2019 at the Oasis Club in Championsgate in Kissimmee, Florida, which is just ouside of Orlando. They hired me to DJ and I’m so glad they did! I truly appreciate every opportunity to make money doing something I love, such as DJing. But weddings are even more fulfilling because I know how much it means to the couple.
When they told me they didn’t think they were going to have me play music for their ceremony because their budget was tight (I charge $100 for a second audio setup for the ceremony and cocktail hour), I said “well I won’t let that happen. I’ll include it for free because I don’t like seeing my clients go without something crucial due to budget restraints.” If you’ve read my other blog posts featuring real weddings, you’ll see that that is how I operate. I try to go above and beyond for every client in some way, and they made it easy for me to figure out the best way to do so for them. Not only that, I took some pretty good photos too. Vicky & Keith got married at Crown Plaza in Melbourne on September 22, 2018. Their ceremony was held on the beach, cocktail hour in a tent outside, and reception inside the beautiful hotel. I was their wedding DJ, and they even had my great friend Andres MC their wedding since a lot of their guests only speak Spanish. Andres made the announcements in both English and Spanish.
The wedding went very well, and smooth. I captured some great photos and posted them below, as well as their wedding video. The bride liked the photos so much that she paid me to edit a few more and send them to her. Continue reading→
I had the honor of DJing this lovely couple’s wedding a while back. The wedding was held at a unique venue so I figured I’d blog about it. The Casa Coquina del Mar Bed & Breakfast is located at 4010 Coquina Ave, Titusville, FL 32780. This venue has the closest lodging to the Kennedy Space Center, which is appropriate because this wedding’s theme was NASA. Though I live in Orlando, it didn’t take me long to drive to the venue. Erin & Austin were married on the beach in Cocoa Beach. Their wedding reception was held at Ocean Landings Resort, which is near where their wedding ceremony was. It was a beautiful ceremony and a fun reception. Even though I was just their wedding DJ I also took photos for them while I was at it. It worked out great for them because their photographer left when we started to eat dinner. That means that they wouldn’t have any professional photos of the party if I hadn’t took some. I DJ’d another wedding at the Courtyard At Lake Lucerne in Orlando on May 26, 2019. However, this was the first time I worked at this house on the property. All the other times I had been there I was next to it on the other side. They sold that side of the property and now they only have this one. Both areas of the property are very similar, including the houses and the courtyard. To see the other side that they recently sold, click here.

.I had a great time DJing a white party last Saturday May 18th 2019. I got the gig from Gigmasters.com and it was my first time using several new types of DJ gear. It was the first time using my facade with LEDs to light it up, the totems on each side, and a projector for a monogram. The totems are lightstands that glow. I have new white moving head LEDs on top of the totems too. Perfect for a white party!
As you can see, from the picture below, I even used white lighting to light my new setup. I went for the all-white look and my first gig using it all just so happens to be for a white party! Perfect. That’s how you know you’re living in the flow. Continue reading→
